My experience with my crew was fantastic! Mike, Rick, and Scot were amazing! They showed up to our apartment, off loaded blankets, wrapped everything, hauled it out the door in less than an hour with no damage at all. I just moved from Sarasota to Orlando within 4 hours. These guys were quick, professional, and efficient. They were extremely flexible with my schedule and needless to say I am pleased. They are a nice family buisness and I definitely recommend them for local and long distance moves 🚛. Not to mention these guys were patient (I was late), polite, and handsome so that was a plus. A 5 star experience. You won’t find a better moving company. This was a last minute move with only 4 hour notice (I called at 5 am).

Flat fee movers are really efficient and reliable movers. Crew arrived on time, well equipped with boxes, tape and the shrink wrap stuff to wrap around the sofas, couches and all the furniture. I was impressed with the amount of detail put into safely moving my household goods. Kudos to your staff for an excellent moving day. You made moving easy for me and for that I am ever grateful. Moving form Lakewood Ranch back down to the Siesta area is something I have put off for months now, but flat fee helped me make the transition. Thanks. 🚚😀

My movers (Rick, Mike, Scot) did a great job. They were very efficient and careful with delicate items! Although honestly, I was a bit worried about moving valuable artworks and antiques, I bet the movers were thorough in protecting them. I appreciated how quickly the movers were working. I had a fantastic moving experience on the weekend, thanks a lot to Mike, Scot, Dave and Tommy at Flat Fee Movers. Mike and his team showed up right on time, they were friendly and professional, they were efficient but also really careful with my stuff. We hired Flat Fee Movers to move our belongings a long distance. The movers arrived promptly, worked quickly and professionally, and were very respectful to our belongings. They had no issue taking apart our king-sized bed and moving it down a very tight entryway. When only three guys showed up for our move, I was skeptical about how long it would take, etc. To say these three handled the job in a timely and professional fashion is an understatement. They were nothing short of outstanding and very nice guys as well. We will use them again if we ever need another move. I'd readily recommend Flat Fee Movers to anyone.

I had relocated with Flat Fee Movers before and always requested the same crew. This time, however, my favorite crew wasn't available. They sent a different crew ( Mike, Scot, Dave, and Tommy ) to help me move. This group of men wasn't any worse than the others I had used before. If anything, they were better! They finished the pack and load process in just 2 hours. I received the delivery on time, and everything was in great condition. I couldn't be happier.

Overall amazing experience. The quote was accurate based on my inventory, and everything went perfectly. The crew arrived early, gave everything a once over, and sprung into action before the quoted start time. Everything was moved with extreme care. Not a single item saw a scratch. Flat Fee Movers moved us from our Sarasota home to Tampa. Darren was a pleasure to work with. He did two site visits before the move, and he actually did the move with his crew. After having so many quotes, we finally decided to go with Flat Fee Movers, and we are glad we did. Hardest working and friendliest crew I have ever dealt with, and I have moved 10+ times. This company is the best and we can't recommend them enough. They gave us a quote that was fair, never tried to change it with our backs turned like other movers have done in the past. The men who helped were very fast-paced yet careful and no one scratch or dent on any of my furniture! Let me first say that the 3 guys who did the work were very nice. It seemed that one had been doing this a long time, 1 a little while, and 1 who must have been on his first week of the job. So a couple hiccups with that along with an hour to get from one house to the new house (which is a 20minute drive max) but we liked them.
The bad - a TV base was shattered (thankfully the screen which I wrapped with bubble wrap prior was fine), a thick oily black substance was on several pieces of furniture, they had to unhook and move our dryer to get past it but didn’t hook it back up, and they took apart our couch but didn’t put it back together. On top of the hour wait for them to get to the new place.
We called and emailed but still have yet to get a response. The first phone call where I was actually able to speak to someone we were promised some money back due to the wait time but have yet to see a refund. I was told to email pics of the damage which I did but that was 3 weeks ago and still no response. I would not use this company again. The price seemed affordable but by the end we paid way too much for what we got.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! I have moved many many times in my life. Without a doubt this was the worst experience I have ever had. I sent them the following text and to date have not heard a single word. They were very responsive right up to the time they got paid.

2) unprepared had to run out and buy supplies while on the clock
3) because they were late and tired couldn't complete move in one day

I had Mike as one of the guys, and he was wonderful. But the other two did not work as efficiently as he did and they definitely weren’t as knowledgeable. I got charged an extra hour when the fact is they didn’t even give their workers a lunch break in between my move and the people before me. So of course they are going to be slow. Management clearly works them like mules and don’t even care about a lunch break. I was quoted 625 for three guys for three hours. Didn’t exactly get three “mikes”. Management never mentioned anything about a $35 credit card fee when everything we do is over the phone. I would love to recommend to use Mike again- as long as he doesn’t work for this company.

On the day of the move, the movers showed up right on time and were very careful loading my furniture and boxes so they would not hit anything on the doorways or the truck. I appreciated this very much. They were kind, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. When everything was packed, they told me they would be in communication the whole time, so I knew exactly when they would arrive. If you are looking for a great moving company, look no further.
